Bottle Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Cinnabon® Bakery Inspired Flavored Nutritional Drink

1 Cup

Chickpea Flour

1 Cup

Instant/1 Minute Oats

1 Tsp

Baking Powder

½ Tsp

Baking Soda

1 Tsp

Ground Cinnamon

¼ Tsp

Salt

Large Egg

¼ Cup

Vegetable Oil

2 Tsp

Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon Smear

1 Tbsp

Unsalted Butter, room temperature

2 Tbsp

Brown Sugar, Packed

½ Tbsp

Ground Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line muffin tin with muffin cups. 
  2. Mix room temperature butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon powder in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Cinnabon® Flavored Drink, chickpea flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, egg, oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
  5. Evenly distribute the cinnamon smear to each muffin cups. With a toothpick, gently swirl the smear into the muffin batter. 
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Enjoy!
